NEW YORK, New York, June 17, 2004 -- Storage Deluxe, a Manhattan-based owner, developer and manager of self-storage facilities, announced today that it has acquired 1125 Wyckoff Avenue, Ridgewood, New York, a four-story industrial building. Storage Deluxe has commenced construction on the building and the opening is scheduled for September 2004. The property has tremendous visibility and access on Wyckoff Avenue, Cody Avenue and Cooper Avenue. Upon completion, the property will contain approximately 115,000 square feet and 1,500 self-storage units. The features will include climate-controlled units, individual door alarms, video surveillance and a free pick up service.

With the purchase of 1125 Wyckoff Avenue, Storage Deluxe now owns, has interest in, and manages twelve facilities containing over 1,400,000 square feet of storage space and over 17,000 self-storage units. In addition, Storage Deluxe will be developing four more facilities this year.
